This painting was created for Boeing Sikorsky LHX (light helicopter program) advertising as the manufacturing team competed successfully for the Army’s new Comanche Helicopter program. The fast highly maneuverable adverse weather, night, light attack helicopter has low observable stealth characteristics and carries a lethal combination of rapid fire cannon and guided munitions. It is seen reconnoitering an enemy helicopter forward operating location.
